8. Pinterest API Usage
Suregraphic uses the Pinterest API (Marketing API and Content API) to manage our own business Pinterest account at https://www.pinterest.com/suregraphic/. This includes:
- Publishing content: We use the Pinterest API to create, schedule, and publish pins to our own business boards.
- Analytics: We retrieve aggregated, anonymized analytics about our own pins and boards (impression counts, save counts, click-through rates) to measure marketing performance.
- Profile management: We read and update metadata on our own business profile, boards, and pins.
We do not access, store, or process data belonging to other Pinterest users. The API access token we use is scoped exclusively to the Suregraphic business account. We do not request, collect, or retain any personal data of other Pinterest users, including their boards, pins, profiles, or analytics.
API tokens are stored securely on our server, encrypted at rest, and are not shared with any third party. We comply with the Pinterest Developer Terms of Service and Pinterest Privacy Policy.
